About the Role: As a Forklift Operator, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow while maintaining the highest safety standards. Your expertise will directly impact our delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock rotation and cycle counts
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and equipment logs
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
