Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders according to Amazon's quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure safety and productivity
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon's policies
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (if operating powered equipment)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
