Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and perform basic maintenance checks.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately document and report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory shortages.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (Sit-down/Counterbalance and Stand-up preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Proven ability to work safely in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately read pick tickets and RF scanners.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime and extended shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle facility.
