Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and warehouse goals.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed.
