Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in climate-controlled warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and stage inventory for efficient distribution
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Document operational activities and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-4 PM)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
