Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Accurately track, scan, and document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse operations through proper stacking and storage practices
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year recent experience operating sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
