Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and sorting stock according to company procedures.
- Ensure the safety of the workspace by adhering to all OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must hold valid license).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
