Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines during material handling operations
- Accurately document inventory movements and maintain organized storage areas

Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
