Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment before/after shifts
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain clean and organized work areas at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide complete training
- Valid driver's license (required for on-site equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
