Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline inventory management and order fulfillment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Document operational activities and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Assist in cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
