Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Inventory Control: Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Freight Handling: Efficiently load and unload trailers and conveyors in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Documentation: Must have a valid driver's license and legal right to work in the United States.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Attitude: Must be a team player with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
