Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
