Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain real-time inventory databases with 99.9% accuracy in ERP software
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock variances and prevent shrinkage
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and monitor stock expiration dates
- Collaborate with procurement on reorder points and stock replenishment
- Audit inventory processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
