Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS and ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning technology
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock turnover metrics
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder point optimization
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience in warehousing/logistics
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) required
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Same-week availability mandatory for urgent start
