Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or barcode scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
