Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Generate inventory reports and collaborate with procurement teams
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and monitor stock levels
- Utilize barcode scanners and ERP software for real-time tracking
- Coordinate physical audits and maintain compliance with safety standards
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience required
- Proficient with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
- Basic math and data entry proficiency
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
