Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update records in real-time
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Generate inventory reports and collaborate with procurement teams on stock optimization
- Train staff on inventory procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root cause analysis
- Support physical inventory audits and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
