Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Utilize WMS software and barcode scanners to track inventory movements in real-time
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system data
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage layouts and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for inventory control
- Assist in annual physical inventory preparations and execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate barcode scanners and RF guns
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory valuation methods
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Forklift certification a plus
