Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and cycle counting schedules
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for management and conduct periodic audits
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse assets and equipment
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams to resolve stock issues
- Implement inventory control improvements to reduce shrinkage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
