- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock levels using WMS software and Excel
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to resolve stock issues
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control measures
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management experience preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
