Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and prevent overstocking
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills (10,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
