- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless transportation coordination
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
