Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and ERP systems
- Reconcile stock discrepancies and investigate root causes
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and FIFO compliance
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Ensure OSHA compliance in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- RF scanning and barcode system expertise
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
