- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on stock optimization
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control methods
- Audit stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Support physical inventory audits quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
