Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using barcode scanners and ERP systems
- Update and maintain accurate inventory databases in real-time
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock optimization
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for stakeholders
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Support annual physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
