Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for efficient stock movement
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for optimization
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control checks
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment
- Audit warehouse processes to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
