Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory for shipment
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) per safety protocols
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
