Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Maintain accurate documentation of all material movements in WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse automation systems (RF scanners, conveyors) with proficiency
- Support loading/unloading operations while ensuring proper stacking and securing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and clean driving record
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
