Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain precise inventory records using WMS systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance and documentation accuracy
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners and automated conveyor systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience or equivalent training
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and shipping documentation
- Commitment to safety standards and team collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent required
