Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging incoming shipments
- Support special projects as needed during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanning systems
