Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process inventory and assist in cycle counts and stock audits.
- Package and label products for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods on concrete surfaces.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to work and a willingness to work flexible shifts.
