Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials within warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling
- Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain proper certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
