Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods
- Accurately scan and record inventory using RF scanners
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and 5S compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team player with strong communication skills
