Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and adhere to OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Prepare shipments for distribution by proper packaging and labeling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in material handling or warehouse operations
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
