Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Load and unload trucks while verifying inventory accuracy against shipping/receiving documents
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
