Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling machinery safely and efficiently per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
