Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 24/7 warehouse operations
- Load/unload trucks and pallets with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in warehouse inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
