Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare and apply shipping labels and documentation
- Operate packing machinery (e.g., heat sealers, box tapers)
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID and clean background check
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
