Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision and speed using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate packaging machinery and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Inventory management and cycle count participation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Document order discrepancies and report inventory issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
