Responsibilities
- Safely move, scan, and sort packages using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and documentation
- Optimize workflow efficiency in fast-paced picking/packing stations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate automated systems and conveyor belt technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a diverse environment
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided
