Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders with precision using established procedures and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (conveyors, scanners, shrink-wrap machines) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
