Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote scheduling teams for flexible shift coordination
- Maintain precise inventory records using digital systems
- Package and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and warehouse optimization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
