Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select products from the warehouse floor and pack them securely for shipment to customers.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper organization of the warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your designated packing station and common areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Order Accuracy: Verify order details against picking tickets to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule (including overtime when necessary).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Basic Math: Ability to read labels, verify quantities, and process basic transactions.
