Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory stock and perform cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and equipment
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and safety checklists
- Collaborate with warehouse team on receiving/shipping schedules
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Document operational activities and discrepancies
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Team player with strong communication skills
