Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock receiving, putaway, and allocation processes
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS/ERP systems
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for stock optimization
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Prepare reports for management on inventory health and trends
- Ensure compliance with safety and inventory control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
