Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on forklifts to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid license required).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pallet stacking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
