Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Perform quality checks on products before loading/unloading trucks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Document inventory movements and resolve discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends for overtime
