Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise in accordance with safety standards.
- Scan packages using handheld scanners (RF guns) to ensure accuracy.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
