Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse zones
- Meet daily productivity targets (150+ orders/day)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
- High school diploma or equivalent
