Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from shelves and storage areas according to pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify order accuracy to minimize returns and customer complaints.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
